This is a service focused for the client that wants to build a house and have not made the first step nor has a clear visión of his/her house and how could it be.
The service consists of a site visit where all the inmediate elements of the land are analized:
Surrounding analisis: Direction and power of winds, solar incidence angle, and views and panorama directions.
Landscape analisis: Which trees or vegetation has to be eliminated and which ones can be used or potenciated.
Architectural Analisis of topography: With this analisis we determine the position, direction, shape, hight and number of leveles that the building it´s going to have.
