The two aspects that you have to think about before buying a land.

Hiring an architect is an important decision but firt you will have to choose wich land are you going to buy. To help you make that decision we will give you the first two aspects that you have to take in consideration before buying a property.
The first aspect is:

Location

The key factor of a prime location is knowing which uses complement your lifestyle, for example, a property near a supermarket or a few miles away from a hospital will represent more value to the average adult that has a family to maintain because having children at home consumes more food and it is very likeley that having babies in the house will require more medical services than a young adult.

If I want to move to Panama City because of I want to study, it is more likely that I will be looking for an apartment close to the institute that I will be attending, ori f that option is not available , I will surely be looking for a property next to a bus stop or a metro station that allows me to have a quick Access and without inconvenients.

The second aspecto that is key to the purchase of a property is

Zoning.

This is a fundamental aspecto at the moment of making an investment with intentions of develop real estate.

Zoning is the set of rules that bound a land or property, meaning that it is key to take in considerations the types of investments possibles and to determine the size of the investment you want to make.

There are different zoning categories and subcategories that allows us to visualize exactly the type of investment desired.
